About this Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal data, in line with applicable Indian law on information privacy and reasonable security practices. Because Ealth involves health information, we apply careful protections by default. If anything in this Policy differs from a short privacy summary shown elsewhere on the site, this Policy governs.
1. Who we are
Utopia Med Tech Private Limited (“Ealth”, “we”, “us”, “our”) operates www.getealth.com and the Ealth application, and is responsible for the personal data described here.
2. What we collect
- Identity & contact: name, photo (if you add one), phone, email, address.
- Emergency & health data: blood group, allergies, conditions, medications, emergency contacts, and any documents you add to the Health Locker.
- Order & payment data: items, amounts, and payment status. Card/UPI details are handled by our payment partner and are not stored by us.
- Technical & usage data: device, IP, app interactions, and — with consent — cookies/analytics.
3. Why we use it
We use your data to:
- manufacture and deliver your Product;
- create and display your Emergency Page as you configure it;
- provide support and grievance redressal;
- run billing for any paid feature;
- prevent fraud and abuse; and
- meet our legal obligations.
4. Your consent, and withdrawing it
- By entering health information and choosing what to display, you give your explicit consent for us to store and show it as configured.
- You may withdraw consent, or edit or delete your data, at any time from your dashboard or by contacting us. Withdrawing consent may stop your Emergency Page from displaying that information.
5. Children & dependents
A Profile for anyone under 18, or a dependent with a lawful guardian, may be created only by their parent or guardian, who confirms they are authorised to provide that information. We do not run behavioural tracking, profiling, or targeted advertising directed at children. The guardian remains responsible for what is shown on the child's Emergency Page and may edit or delete it at any time.
6. Who we share it with
We share data only with the service providers who help us run Ealth — printing, hosting, payments, courier, and communications — under confidentiality obligations, and only as needed. We disclose data where required by law or a lawful authority. We do not sell your personal data. Where a provider is located outside India, any transfer is made on a lawful basis with appropriate safeguards.
7. How long we keep it
We keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or anonymise it. You can request deletion at any time; some records (such as tax and transaction records) may be retained for the legally required minimum period.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you can:
- access a summary of the data we hold about you;
- correct, complete or update it;
- ask us to delete it;
- raise a grievance with us.
9. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including access controls and encryption in transit and at rest, and adopt recognised security practices as our systems mature. No system is perfectly secure — please protect your login.
10. If something goes wrong
If a breach affects your data, we tell you.
If a security incident affects your personal data, we will notify the people affected and the relevant authorities as required, and tell you what happened, what data was involved, and what you can do.

12. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to run the Website, remember your preferences, and — with your consent — measure usage. You can manage non-essential cookies through our consent banner and your browser settings. Essential cookies needed to run the site can't be switched off.
